Evan Scott

Evan Scott is a board member at Medyear and a pioneer in the field of retained executive search. Evan began their career at Howard Fischer Associates (HFA) in 1978, where they quickly rose to the position of managing partner. Under Scott's leadership, HFA became one of the country's leading executive search firms, with a global reach and a specialty in diversity searches.

Scott was instrumental in establishing HFA's international search practice and professional services practice. Evan also implemented the company's 360 degree reference audit, which dramatically increased the success rate of HFA's searches.

During their 22-year tenure at HFA, Scott helped build the company into a respected leader in the executive search industry. Evan is proud to have played a role in launching the careers of many HFA employees, many of whom have gone on to become leaders in the field of executive search.

Evan Scott has a BS in Business and Management from Philadelphia University, with a focus in marketing and business management.
