Kumail Haider began working at MEDZnMORE in January 2022 as a Growth Executive. Prior to that, in January 2021, they worked at ibex. Pakistan as a Customer Support Executive.

From 2022 to 2026, Kumail Haider attended the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology in Islamabad, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
