Jody Sheppard possesses extensive experience in customer service, beginning as a Medical Transcriptionist in a self-employed capacity from January 1982 until September 2003. Following this, Jody held the position of Customer Service Representative at AT&T from September 2004 to the present. Additionally, Jody has served as a Supervisor in Customer Service at Meemic Insurance Company since April 2013. Currently, Jody is retired as of March 2022.
