Tammy Cischke has extensive experience in call center operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager and Workforce Management Supervisor at Meemic Insurance Company since November 2009. In this role, Tammy has successfully created and implemented both inbound and outbound Sales Call Centers, established a Workforce Management function, and strategically planned all Call Center operations while overseeing associated projects. Previous experience includes serving as a Call Center Manager/Supervisor at Meemic Insurance Company, a Call Center Supervisor at The Auto Club Group, and various roles at AAA, where Tammy developed new hires and coached teams to meet company goals. Tammy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Oakland University.
