Blake Dankovich has extensive work experience in the finance and operations field. Blake started their career at Allstate in 2007 as a Financial Analyst and later held various roles including Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Manager, Senior Manager, and Director of Finance. In these positions, Blake was responsible for financial analysis, planning, and budget management for different technology organizations and departments. Blake implemented strategies to increase cost savings, improve reporting, and streamline processes. In 2010, Blake also worked as a Staff Financial Analyst at Allstate Northern Ireland, where they were responsible for profit and loss statements and led improvements to the invoicing process. Currently, Blake serves as the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Ryan Specialty.
