Sanne Schaafsma

Sanne Schaafsma has extensive experience in recruitment and project management within various industries. Currently serving as a Recruiter and HR Officer at Meerlanden since July 2022, Sanne previously held the position of Principal Intercedent at Randstad, where responsibilities included managing a team of recruiters for a significant project with GGD/GHOR. Prior roles include Principal Consultant in Logistics at Yacht and various positions within Randstad, including Senior Intercedent and roles related to hospitality management. Sanne's career initiated in the hospitality sector, working as a chef and manager at renowned establishments, and began with military service as a first-class soldier in the Ministry of Defence.
