Manoj Kumar J is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Team Lead HRBP at Meesho since September 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources Business Partner at Flipkart for a brief period. Prior to that, Manoj worked as a Human Resources Officer at Myntra Jabong from October 2019 to June 2021 and began as a Human Resources Trainee at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. in early 2019. Manoj holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Acharya Institute Of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SJC Institute of Technology, along with a Diploma in Electronics and Communications from Government Polytechnic College, Bagepalli.
