Rahul Bhardwaj

Rahul Bhardwaj is an experienced Company Secretary currently working at Meesho since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rahul held multiple positions at Ola, including Sr. Manager in Group Secretarial & Governance, where significant contributions were made to the company's IPO readiness and compliance management. Rahul also facilitated the merger of Ridlr with Ola and was instrumental in the acquisition of Foodpanda by Ola. Experience in the legal and secretarial domain includes roles at The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd. and Jamna Auto Industries Ltd., where Rahul developed expertise in corporate governance and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Company Secretary degree from ICSI and a Master of Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
