Lour Hayek is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in educational program management and student recruitment. Currently serving as a Board Member at AWE - Arab Women Entrepreneurs since October 2022, Lour has been the Student Recruitment and Program Manager at MEET - Middle East Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow since September 2020, overseeing the recruitment process and leading a team of coordinators. Previously, Lour worked as a Student Coordinator at MEET from July 2018 to June 2020, focusing on empowering young entrepreneurs through a comprehensive skill-building journey. Additional experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Haifa, translating Arabic interviews in sociology, and as an English educator at No. 1 English Center. Lour holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and two Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and English Language and Literature from the University of Haifa.

MEET is an innovative program that brings together young Palestinian and Israeli leaders through the common language of technology and entrepreneurship. Working in partnership with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) since 2004, MEET's goal is to educate and empower the next generation of Israeli and Palestinian leaders to take action towards creating positive social and political change in the Middle East.
