Joel Rivera

Joel Rivera is currently the HR Manager at MeeT Restaurant Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Director of Human Resources at The Westin Bayshore Vancouver from May 2016 to July 2017. Joel has also worked as an HR Business Partner at CBC/Radio-Canada from March 2015 to May 2016, where they were responsible for providing advice and guidance to managers on a range of Human Resources and Industrial Relations issues. Joel has a wealth of experience in various aspects of Human Resources, and has demonstrated their dedication to their work through their many years of experience in the field.

Joel Rivera has a Master of Science in Psychology of Industrial and Organizational Behaviour in HRM from Walden University. Joel also has a Provincial Instructors Diploma from Vancouver Community College (VCC). Joel has a Bachelor of Hospitality Management in Hospitality Administration/Management from Vancouver Community College. Joel also has a Management degree from The University of Lethbridge.

They work with and Shaun - Operations Manager. Their manager is Ivo, Co-Owner. A direct report to Joel Rivera is and Helena Choi - HR Coordinator.
