Leila Kashani Manshoory has over a decade of experience in the consumer and entertainment products industry. Leila Kashani began their career in 2008 as an Event and Hospitality Manager for ICO Development LLC. In 2009, they took on the role of President of the Society of Young Philanthropists and Creative Marketing Account Director for BeCore. In 2011, they became a Business Development, Marketing and Event Consultant for SBE Entertainment. In 2012, they took on the role of Brand Marketing Manager and New Brand Development for MGA Entertainment. In 2015, they Co-Founded and became CEO of Sphynx, a consumer brand that won the 2017 Beauty Award for Product Innovation of the Year. In 2019, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Alleyoop, a beauty and body products company.
Leila Kashani Manshoory attended UC San Diego from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, with a minor in Psychology.
