Kevin Mowll

Kevin Mowll is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the managed healthcare and Medicare sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at PathStar Consulting, LLC since February 2012, Kevin specializes in business development consulting for the Medicare Advantage industry. Prior roles include RISE Emeritus Director and Executive Director of The RISE Association at Wilmington FRA, where Kevin focused on creating a professional network and education platform for managed care professionals. Kevin has also held key leadership positions at Tufts Health Plan as Vice President of Senior Products, at Capital District Physicians Health Plan as Vice President of Medicare Products, and at United HealthCare in product management. Kevin’s educational background includes an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley.
