Ritah Nakandi

Ritah Nakandi is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and social entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Board Member and the Co-founder and COO of Meetcaregivers since September 2015, Ritah is instrumental in connecting families with qualified caregivers for aging parents. As the Founder and CEO of Afri-root Collective since October 2015, Ritah leads a socially responsible business that promotes East African artisans while reinvesting a portion of sales to train women for sustainable skills. Additionally, Ritah has held roles as Operations Manager and Financial Controller at UGANDA FUNERAL SERVICES, and as the Founder & Executive Director of Heart to Heart. Ritah's educational credentials include a Master of Management from Cambridge College, a Master of Arts in Church Management from Boston College, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Makerere University.
