Tornike Kapanadze has worked in various roles since 2011. From 2011-2017, they were a Manager at Gas Service Ltd and an Assistant of the Member of the Assembly at Tbilisi City Assembly. From 2013-2014, they were an Intern at USAID Economic Prosperity Initiative (EPI), GIPA, and EWMI Policy, Advocacy, and Civil Society Development Project in Georgia (G-PAC). From 2014-2018, they were a Coordinator of Certificate Programs at GIPA and a Front-end Developer at Noxtton. In 2019, they were a Frontend Engineer at MeetFrank and a Freelance Web Developer. At MeetFrank, they developed and maintained multiple products using React, Typescript, and GraphQL. At Noxtton, they wrote well-designed, efficient code by using best software development practices and created websites by using Vue, SASS, and other Javascript libraries.
Tornike Kapanadze obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Caucasus International University from 2009 to 2012. Tornike then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Free University of Tbilisi from 2008 to 2009. Tornike went on to obtain a Master's degree in Public Administration from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs from 2012 to 2014. Tornike completed their education at Georgian 21st Public School from 1997 to 2008.
