Joanna Pons

Joanna Pons is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Director for Tinder at Match Group since May 2018, Joanna has held various leadership roles, including VP Marketing for Challenger Brands and Global Marketing Director for the UK, focusing on driving efficient growth in one of the leading dating brands. Prior to this, Joanna contributed significantly to Walgreens Boots Alliance from 2011 to 2017 as Brand & Marketing Director for No7 Skincare & Cosmetics and Senior Brand & Marketing Manager for No7 & Botanics. Joanna's earlier experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included managing prestige fragrance brands, and Cosmopolitan Cosmetics Inc. as International Brand Manager for Yardley Fragrances. Joanna holds a BA Hons in Sociology and European Studies from the University of the West of England.
