Meeting Expectations
Phyllis Abrams leads the strategic HR development of Meeting Expectations. She oversees the functions of staffing, retention, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and compliance for the company.
With more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, most recently with The StoneHill Group and Avery Partners, Phyllis brings with her wide skills with an emphasis on recruiting and HR development.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Tulane, a Master of Science in personnel and employment relations from Georgia State University and has completed extensive additional work through the Atlanta Justice Center focusing on mediation in the workplace.
Phyllis is a member of Society for Human Resource Managers – Atlanta (SHRM-Atlanta).
