Matti Rautanen has worked in various roles in the past, beginning in 2002 as a Marketing Coordinator for Hohto Oy, where they managed the operational sales promotion of Nescafe and handled direct marketing. In 2007, they worked as a summer assistant for Comptel. In 2008, they were a Trainee for Nice-business Solutions Finland Oy, where they developed proposals for customer satisfaction survey and service level agreement template. In 2009, they were a Global Marketing Coordinator for Hotelzon. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Digital Marketing Manager for Kämp Collection Hotels, where they were responsible for website administration and development, project manager and main administrator for CRM systems, and responsible for digital marketing communication channels. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been the Chief Marketing Officer for MeetingPackage, where they have worked on digitalising processes in the auto industry aftermarket segment.
Matti Rautanen began their educational journey in 1999 at Espoonlahden lukio, where they completed their studies in 2002. In 2004, they began their Bachelor's degree in International Marketing Management at LUT University, which they completed in 2009. In 2007, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Damansara Utara. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from LUT University in 2012, specializing in International Marketing Management | MIMM -program.
