Mika Kiljunen

Mika Kiljunen has been working in the corporate world since 1992. Mika began their career at Kaleva Travel Group (now CWT Finland, Baltics and Romania) as CEO, leading the team that took the company from 4% market share to over 40% market share in Finland, and also acquired and established businesses in four countries and integrated them to Kaleva Travel. In 2011, they joined CWT as Vice President Nordic, EMEA, tasked with co-ordinating business opportunities in the Nordic Market and developing Nordic platforms to support the business in the Nordics, as well as being a member of the European Management Team. Mika later became Vice President, Customer Product Marketing, Online Global & Hotel EMEA, leading a team in Paris that developed/supported CWT's online business globally and supporting CWT's hotel strategy in EMEA. In 2013, they became CEO of StaffPoint Oy, where they added value to customers by combining staffing and recruiting, coaching and HR software. In 2015, they joined MeetingPackage as COO, Chairman Of The Board, and Board Member, where they were responsible for booking over 250,000 meeting rooms globally. Mika also joined Nordic Regional Airlines Oy, N°RRA as Board Member in 2015. In 2018, they became CEO of Kilkaks Oy, and in 2019 they joined Global Marine Travel as General Manager Asia-Pacific and Integration Director. In 2021, they joined Innolink as a Board Member, and they have been a Board Member of Contgo ltd since 2008 and Holiday Club Resorts since 2008.

Mika Kiljunen graduated from Mäkelänrinteen lukio in 1983 with a high school diploma. Mika then attended Malmi Commercial College from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
