Kelsey Karlin has been working in the professional field since 2004. Kelsey began their career as an Assistant at Sheehy Ford. In 2009, they became an Administrative Assistant at the C.W. Bill Young DoD Marrow Donor Program, where they proactively followed-up with bone marrow/stem cell donors, coordinated and sent donor care packages, and collaborated with the recruitment team to identify new donors. In 2010, they joined FedBid, Inc. as a Buyer Support Specialist, where they actively built and maintained positive relationships with customers and implemented best practices in customer service. Kelsey was then promoted to Buyer Support Supervisor and later to Client Services Director, where they were responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of the Questions, Phones and Ticketing teams. In 2017, Kelsey joined Caelo Communications as an Executive Assistant and Stova, formerly MeetingPlay, as an Account Manager. Kelsey was later promoted to Account Manager II.
Kelsey Karlin graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2009 with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Management. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
