Malcolm Hemingway began their career in 2014 as an IMT/Help Desk at Full Sail University, providing in-person, telephone, and email technical support to end-users. Malcolm then moved to Hertz in 2016, where they served as an Associate Manager, proposing and implementing strategies to improve service rating from customers reviews. In 2018, they joined Conference Systems Inc. as an Audio Visual Technician, managing projects for new installations and upgrades. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Event Support Tech for Stova, formerly MeetingPlay.

Malcolm Hemingway's education history includes a Master's degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, which they obtained between 2019 and 2021. Malcolm also holds a Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts Technology from the same university, which they completed between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended Hood College in 2014, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Between 2012 and 2014, Malcolm attended Howard Community College, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Malcolm also holds a High School Diploma from Hammond High School, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012. In addition, Malcolm has obtained two certifications - a Google IT Support Certificate from Google in 2021, and an Ambassador Coordinator certification from REVOLT MEDIA & TV in 2016.
