Urska Rauter Gaber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Urska started their career as a guest student researcher at Aarhus University in 2014, where they conducted research in the Institute for Bioscience. Following this, they worked as a student senator at the Faculty of chemistry and chemical technology, representing student interests from 2014 to 2016. Urska then undertook an Erasmus+ Exchange Program at Aarhus University, where they focused on theoretical courses such as Molecular Embryology and Nanomedicine, as well as research work.

In 2016, Urska interned at the Institute for Water of the Republic of Slovenia, where they conducted research on microplastics through microscopy and FT-IR. Urska also collaborated with Technology park Ljubljana as a Project Manager from 2018 to 2021, working on Interreg projects in the field of Healthcare and Biotechnology, managing project results and finances, and handling communication activities.

From 2017 to 2017, Urska worked as an intern at Microbium d.o.o., gaining valuable experience. Urska then joined HealthDay.si in 2018 as a Project Manager, supporting event planning and management, community and sponsorship management, and playing a role in addressing challenges in the digitalization of the healthcare sector. In 2021, they became the Community Lead at HealthDay.si.

Urska joined Meetings.bio in 2021, where they held the role of a Scientific Account Manager until 2022. Urska then assumed the position of Head of Customer Success in September 2022. Additionally, they joined Labena Ventures in 2023 as part of their Marketing Support team, focusing on accelerating biotech and health innovation in the CEEC region.

Throughout their work experience, Urska has showcased a strong passion for innovation and healthcare, playing key roles in project management, research, and community engagement.

Urska Rauter Gaber has a solid educational background in the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Urska earned a Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty for Chemistry and Chemical Technology at an undisclosed university, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's Degree at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, University of Ljubljana from 2014 to 2017, further expanding their knowledge and expertise in biochemistry and molecular biology.

Apart from their formal education, Urska Rauter Gaber has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skill set. In March 2022, they completed the "Section4 Certified Data & Analytics" program offered by Section4. Additionally, in May 2022, they obtained the "Section4 Certified Storytelling" certification from the same institution, further diversifying their skill set and showcasing their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
