Shauna McNaughton

Shauna McNaughton currently serves as the Vice President of Global Enterprise Solutions at Meetings & Incentives Worldwide, Inc., a position held since November 1999. In this role, Shauna is responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of the Global Enterprise Solutions team, which includes Strategic Account Management, Hotel Procurement, and Business Intelligence, with a focus on customer satisfaction and mentoring future leaders. Prior to this, Shauna held various positions at Hilton Worldwide from June 1997 to October 1999, including Catering Director, Senior Meeting Planner, Meeting Manager, and Account Executive.
