Pia Sielaff has over 19 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Pia began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Sales Manager Business & Convention for Ramada Worldwide/Hospitality Alliance AG Germany. In 2005, they moved to Welcome Hotels GmbH as a Sales Manager Business Travel Germany - CSP - (Headquarter). In 2007, they became a Senior Sales Manager - CSP - at penta hotel Kassel. In 2009, they were a Corporate Sales Manager at Hotel Indigo Vancouver - Plaza 500 Hotel. In 2010, they were a Corporate Sales Manager - CSP - at Plaza 500 Hotel/Hotel Indigo Vancouver. From 2011 to 2020, they were a Key-Account-Manager, Key Account Manager BTA, and National Manager MICE Accounts - DACH at Scandic Hotels. Since 2020, they have been a Business Development Manager at astendo GmbH and is currently a Business Development Manager at Meetingselect.

Pia Sielaff obtained their Diploma in Certified Sales Professional Hospitality from IFH Aktiengesellschaft in 2006, having studied Sales & Marketing Hospitality.
