Carol Ho

Carol Ho has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Carol currently works at Lalo as a Senior Retention Manager, starting in December 2021. Prior to their current role, Carol worked at Casper from 2019 to 2021, first as a Senior Specialist in Customer Marketing & CRM, then as a Specialist in the same field. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Yes Marketing, starting as an Email Manager before progressing to become an Account Manager and later a Senior Account Manager. Before that, Carol gained experience at Perception Research Services as a Project Analyst and a Quantitative Associate. Carol also had internship roles at Toys"R"Us and Verizon Wireless, where they focused on social media, human resources, and online advertising. In 2008, Carol interned at Incoco Products, gaining valuable experience in sales and marketing.

Carol Ho has a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Art History from Rutgers University. Carol also participated in a study abroad program at Ewha Womans University, where they focused on International Business.
