Kashif Zaidi

Kashif Zaidi has over 28 years of experience in the banking sector, serving in various leadership roles, currently as EVP & Head of Centralized Operations at Meezan Bank Limited since August 2010. Previous positions at Meezan Bank include SVP & Manager Operations Control and Manager Business Process Re-engineering, achieving significant advancements through nine BPR initiatives that led to cost savings and enhanced customer service. Prior experience includes roles at Bank Alfalah Limited, where Kashif played a central role in implementing the Temenos T24 core banking solution and designing new remittance instruments, as well as positions at Emirates Bank and Union Bank Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Adamson University and a PGD in Islamic Banking & Takaful from the Centre for Islamic Economics, among other credentials.
