MEF1RST was born to bring a space where executive woman and man feel safe and relaxed to connect back to themselves and reach their maximum potential at all levels. This path is exponential when shared. Empowered women, empower women. Empowered man, empower man. Empowered humans, empower humans. Stress and day to day life can disconnect us from ourselves and lose our essence. Depending on each of us and the goals we have In order to empower those women and men I have crafted an executive coaching program where I want to apply all the knowledge I have been acquiring in recent years about self-knowledge and well-being on a physical, mental and emotional level. The burn out I experienced few years ago taught me that only by taking care of ourselves we can become our higher self and thus elevate those around us. As women, we have been raised in a society where women should always be at the service and help; unconsciously we assume this and tend to leave ourselves in the background when the reality is that if we want to have the best impact on others we must prioritize ourselves and take care of ourselves, the path is to go back to ourselves. MEF1RST understands that prioritizing ourselves is the opposite of selfishness, but the way to reach the best version of each one of us. Selfcare is selflessness. MEF1RST accompany women and men to slow down, listen to themselves (really), get to know themselves, set goals for personal improvement at all levels and design together new daily routines to reach their maximum potential.
