Mike Dlugan

Mike Dlugan is an experienced oil and gas executive currently serving as Vice President of Development at MEG Energy Corp. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mike spent over two decades at CNOOC International, where key positions included Vice President of Commercial, Marketing & JV Assets for North America, and Chair & President of CNOOC Energy USA. Mike's expertise encompasses asset production and development, reserves management, and the application of technology and R&D in the energy sector. Additional experience includes leadership roles in resource development for oil sands and shale gas, technical engineering, and strategic planning. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
