Fransiska Christina Berty

Fransiska Christina Berty is an experienced professional in risk management and strategic planning, currently serving as the Head of Risk Management at Mega Insurance since June 2022 and as the Head of Operational Risk at Commonwealth Life since January 2016. Previously, Fransiska held positions in strategic management at Equity Life Indonesia from December 2011 to August 2015, and in strategic planning and research at BNI Life from March 2006 to December 2011. Early in the career, Fransiska worked as a Personal Assistant to the Partner at Soemadipradja & Taher and as a Customer Service Officer at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Fransiska holds a Master of Business Administration from Magister Manajemen FEB UGM and a bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Indonesia.
