Francois Caille

Francois Caille has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Francois worked as the ANZ Sales Director at MEGA International starting from January 2017. Prior to that, they were the Director & Co-Founder of French Paradox, specializing in French wine export and wine consulting services in Australia, since November 2011. From June 2011 to November 2011, they worked as a Change Management Consultant at UBS Investment Bank.

Starting from June 2009 to May 2011, Francois worked at Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking, Australia Branch, where they held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager, Head of the FX Trading Support Unit, and Business Analyst - Equity Derivatives. Francois was responsible for representing OPER at New Product Committees and managing global equity derivatives activities in the Operation Organization team.

Francois also co-founded Velovalie, an association focused on rugby development, from February 2005 to May 2006. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Trader Assistant at Societe Generale America Securities from July 2003 to February 2005.

Francois Caille holds an Engineer degree in General studies, including Economics and Finance, from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. Francois also has an MBA with a specialization in Business and Financial Management from Macquarie Business School. Additionally, Francois has completed the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2012.
