Harry Y.

Harry Y. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies.

Harry began their career in 2013 as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Meizu and later worked as a Java Developer at Surfilter Network Technology Co., Ltd.

In 2014, Harry joined Woqu Co., Ltd as an iOS Developer, where they were responsible for developing an iOS application for self-service traveling.

From 2015 to 2016, Harry worked as a Teaching Tutor and Lab Tutor at The University of Auckland, providing support and guidance to students.

In 2016, they joined SlatPlus, Ltd. as a Software Developer, where they developed an NZ news application with a community feature.

Harry then joined MEA Mobile in 2015 as a Junior Mobile Developer, where they implemented the company's first AppleTV application called Printicular tvOS.

In 2016, Harry transitioned to Fiserv, where they held various positions, including Intermediate Mobile Developer and Senior Mobile Developer. Harry worked on key features for the retail team, acted as a scrum master, and collaborated with enterprise architecture and UX teams.

From 2019 to 2021, Harry worked at Plexure as a Senior Mobile Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. Harry designed and implemented high-performance dynamic architecture, rendered UI components, and developed local cache systems.

Currently, Harry is working at MEGA The Privacy Company as an iOS Team Lead, starting in 2021.

Throughout their career, Harry has gained experience in iOS and Android development, as well as leadership and mentoring roles.

Harry Y. completed their education with a Master of Software Engineering degree from The University of Auckland in 2015. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from BNU-HKBU United International College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, Harry Y. obtained the Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in February 2021. In March 2021, they also achieved the Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate certification. Additionally, in December 2017, Harry Y. obtained the Associate Android Developer certification from Google Developers.
