Alessandra Canella

Alessandra Canella is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Product Design at MyTutor.co.uk since May 2024 and as the Founder and Editor of Service Design-in', a publication aimed at mainstreaming Service Design thinking. As Co-Founder of Mega Mentor, Alessandra has facilitated mentorship opportunities for numerous individuals. Previously, Alessandra held roles including Head of UX at Cazoo, where oversight was provided for the user experience of one million monthly users, and Head of Service Design at FutureGov, leading significant public service projects. Alessandra has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Professor at Politecnico di Milano and has an extensive background in various design roles since starting a career at Continuum. Educational qualifications include degrees in Product Service System Design, Design and Innovation, and Furniture Design from esteemed institutions.
