Ignacio Gaona

Ignacio Gaona possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, serving as General Manager for MEGACABLE since March 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing Colima Operations and leading a team of over 290 staff to deliver integrated telecom and IT services. Ignacio also held the position of Gerente Corporativo de Atención Personalizada at MetroCarrier from November 2012 to August 2016, managing a customer care team of over 30 individuals while supporting the wholesale and enterprise market with annual sales exceeding 50 million dollars. Ignacio holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Productivity from Tecnológico de Monterrey (2009-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting from Universidad de Guadalajara (1992-1996).
