Jim Hoshiko

Jim Hoshiko has a solid work history with experience in various leadership roles. Jim is currently the Director of Product Management at Megadyne Group since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Marketing at Kessington Aerospace from September 2021 to July 2022. From January 2011 to September 2021, they were the Director of Marketing, Aerospace and Extra Precision Products at Regal Beloit. Before that, from August 2007 to April 2011, they held the position of Director of Marketing and Sales, Specialty Bearings at Emerson Industrial Automation. Jim also has experience as a Marketing Manager - Unmounted Bearings from October 2002 to July 2007 and as a Product Manager from June 1995 to September 2002, both at Emerson Industrial Automation. Jim started their career as an Engineer at Lincoln Electric in 1989.

Jim Hoshiko has a strong educational background, highlighted by their degrees in marketing, operations, and electrical engineering. Jim completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Operations at the Weatherhead School of Management, also at Case Western Reserve University, graduating in 1995. Additionally, in 1994, they attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they studied Business.
