Konstantin Bakulin

Konstantin Bakulin has extensive experience in IT and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Head of Business Services Platforms Development and Deployment Department at MegaFon since July 2009, overseeing CI/CD infrastructure and Kubernetes platform implementation. Previous roles at MegaFon include Senior Manager of Virtualization and Servers, where responsibilities encompassed VMware infrastructure and Veeam Backup & Replication solutions, and IaaS Solution/IT Infrastructure Architect, focusing on systems design for external customers. Earlier, Konstantin held positions as Chief Engineer and System Administrator at UralskyGSM and DelRus, respectively, specializing in IT infrastructure design and support. Konstantin holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky, completed in 1999.
