Heather Cantor

Heather Cantor serves as the Director of Quality at MegaFood since September 2024, leading quality and safety initiatives for plant-powered vitamins and supplements while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations. Previously, Heather held the same role at Ready Seafood Company, focusing on quality assurance for Maine's largest lobster processor, and has extensive experience in food safety and laboratory management across various companies, including Food Safety Net Services and Anheuser-Busch. Educationally, Heather holds a Master of Science in Soil Science and Agronomy from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Botany from Cal Poly Humboldt.
