Marcin Golusik is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in supply chain and logistics. Currently serving as the DC Operations Manager for MegaGroup since October 2022, Marcin holds overall responsibility for managing distribution center operations. Previously, Marcin worked as the Manager of Operations at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, overseeing a team and coordinating the launch of warehouse operations, as well as collaborating with various departments. At Amazon, Marcin excelled as an Operations Manager and Inventory Control Quality Assurance Department Manager, responsible for team leadership, safety, quality, performance, and customer experience.
