David Alejandro Lopez Rivera possesses extensive experience in commercial management and marketing, particularly in the dermatological and skincare sectors. Currently serving as Gerente de línea Dermatológica and Gerente de productos at Megalabs Colombia since May 2020, David has strategically developed the company's dermatology line and managed specialized retail channels. Prior roles include Gerente comercial y marketing at Skin Alliance Group, where leadership in marketing and sales for brands such as Martiderm and DS was demonstrated. David has also held significant positions at Suiphar Group, BELLA PIEL, and Coca-Cola FEMSA, showcasing a strong background in brand positioning, sales management, and trade marketing.
