Brandon Koca

Brandon Koca has a strong background in industrial engineering, with a focus on project management and cost reduction. Brandon has worked at MegaMex Foods since 2019 as the Industrial Engineering Manager, where they have successfully led several key plant capital improvements, resulting in significant bottom line impact. Brandon has also implemented cost-saving initiatives, exceeded cost savings goals every year, and facilitated root cause analysis events to address operational issues and reduce downtime. In addition, they have covered various roles including IT, safety manager training, and packaging engineer. Prior to MegaMex Foods, Brandon worked at Farmer John - Clougherty Packing, LLC, where they held multiple roles as an Industrial Engineering Manager and Engineer.

Brandon Koca attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts & Engineering Studies. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications such as Dale Carnegie in 2013, and a Six Sigma Orange Belt from the Hormel Corporation in October 2012.
