SHONA KAMATH, M.A., PHR

Shona Kamath, M.A., PHR has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. SHONA is currently serving as the Director of Human Capital at MegaMex Foods since February 2022. From November 2019 to January 2022, they worked as a Consultant in Talent & OD at Behr Paint Company. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Talent Management at Ferrara Candy Company from September 2016 to October 2019. Shona also worked at Mesirow Financial as an Organizational Development Manager and Senior HR Business Partner from September 2013 to August 2016, where they played a significant role in designing and developing key HR processes and managing vendor relationships. Before that, they worked as an HR Business Partner in Talent Management and Organizational Development at Evraz Inc NA from March 2012 to July 2013. Shona has also worked as an HR Generalist and Organizational Development Associate at Newark element14 from February 2011 to February 2012 and as a Talent Management Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch in a retail setting from February 2010 to July 2010.

Shona Kamath, M.A., PHR received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Illinois University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. SHONA then pursued their Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology from 2010 to 2012.
