Christopher Hardy

Christopher Hardy is a seasoned electronics engineer with extensive experience in laser technology and management. Currently serving as a Senior Electronics Engineer at MegaWatt Lasers Inc. since March 2020, Christopher specializes in laser driver research and development for both flash-lamp and diode-pumped solid-state lasers, in addition to software development and production responsibilities. Prior to this role, Christopher held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at L3Harris Technologies and L3Kigre, Inc., overseeing diode-pumped solid-state laser and electronics IR&D, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives. Christopher's career began at Kigre, Inc., where notable roles included Chief Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Production Manager, focusing on laser system development and production. Christopher holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of South Carolina Honors College.
