Robin Hope, GPHR SPHR CPSP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources - Talent and Total Rewards at Megger since May 2019, where responsibilities include aligning HR strategies with corporate objectives to enhance a high-performance culture and manage initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, and compensation. Prior to this role, Robin's experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources for North America at Landmark Structures and holding multiple HR leadership positions at Haag Engineering, ValueOptions, Advanced Call Center Technologies, R & R Hope Properties, Ryan & Company, Paragon Global Resources, ClubCorp, and AMRESCO, Inc. Robin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
