Jannet Lee

Jannet Lee is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Meggitt since April 2021, Jannet has previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Green Dot Corporation, where responsibilities included coaching leadership on performance management and employee relations. Prior to that, Jannet spent four years as a Senior HR Business Partner at Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, addressing employee relations and mentoring staff. Jannet also has experience in general accounting and recruiting as a Human Resources/Accounting Coordinator at 3 Arts Entertainment, Inc., and began a career in HR as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Fox Networks Group. Jannet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.
