Vanessa Ramsden

Vanessa Ramsden has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Meggitt Sensing Systems since April 2006, focusing on change management, employee relations, recruitment, and employee engagement. Vanessa has utilized the SuccessFactors HR Suite, including Employee Central and compensation planning, and has previously held the role of Group HR Manager, overseeing the implementation of the Meggitt Career Portal. Prior to Meggitt Sensing Systems, Vanessa served as Group Recruiting Manager at Meggitt PLC Shared Service and held HR positions at Vibro-Meter UK and Smiths Group. Vanessa's educational background includes a CIPD degree from the University of Portsmouth.
