Monika Knoche

Monika Knoche has extensive experience in customer service and language instruction, currently serving as Team Lead for customer service in France, Spain, Portugal, and emerging markets at Mehler Texnologies® since January 2000. Prior roles include Team Lead Customer Service for France, Spain, and Portugal, as well as Customer Service Representative focused on French-speaking clients. Monika’s earlier career includes a position as a Customer Service Representative at Schleicher Textilmaschinen GmbH and as a Dozentin für Französisch at Volkshochschule Mönchengladbach, where Monika taught French language courses for beginners and advanced students. Monika holds a Magister Artium in Romanische Philologie and Kunstgeschichte from the University of Cologne, completed leadership training at TARCUS GmbH Meerbusch, and earned a degree as a Chefassistentin from Privatschule Kluth & Kehrer.
