Philip Eichorn

Philip Eichorn is a seasoned immigration attorney with extensive experience in managing complex immigration programs for various organizations, including NCAA Division I colleges and small employers. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Mehlman Jacobs LLP, Philip previously held the position of Senior Attorney at Foster LLP, where responsibilities included overseeing immigration matters for local school districts and small businesses. With a legal career beginning at the Medina County Prosecutor's Office and including roles at notable firms such as Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP and Hammond Law Group, Philip has developed a deep understanding of PERM, H-1B, EB I-140s, and other immigration processes. In addition to legal practice, Philip has contributed to academia as a Professor of Immigration Law at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Philip Eichorn holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The Ohio State University.
