Jitabhai Chaudhari

Jitabhai Chaudhari has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the dairy and food processing industry. Currently serving as Incharge Engineering and Senior Project Executive at Mehsana District Co-operative Milk Producers' Union Limited since December 2011, Jitabhai has previously held the position of Instrumentation and Automation Engineer at Almarai from August 2008 to August 2011, where responsibilities included complete plant automation and project design and engineering activities. Prior to that, Jitabhai worked as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer at Banaskantha District Co-op. Milk Producers' Union Ltd. for a year, focusing on plant maintenance and instrumentation troubleshooting. Jitabhai holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Saurashtra University and a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Palanpur.
