John Gushwa

John Gushwa currently serves as the Manufacturing Systems Manager at Minnesota Elevator, Inc., where responsibilities include quality assurance, production planning, CWB welding supervision, and safety oversight. Previously, John held the position of Buyer at Dotson Iron Castings, focusing on purchasing, environmental compliance, and inventory management. Additional experience includes a role as Manufacturing Supervisor at GE Osmonics and serving as a Petty Officer in the US Navy. John’s educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, training from the United States Navy Submarine School, and certification as a Welding Supervisor from the CWB Institute in Milton, ON, among other qualifications from the Bergen County NJ Fire Academy.
