Markus Ikonen

Markus Ikonen is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in project management, customer care, and research and development. Currently serving as IT Service Manager at Meidän IT ja talous Oy since March 2018, Markus oversees network and control room services. Previous positions include Customer Care Manager roles at Accanto Systems and OCTO3, where Markus was involved in support management and consultancy work. Furthermore, Markus has held multiple R&D Project Manager positions at EXFO/NetHawk, focusing on BrixHawk and BrixMobile/NetHawk EYE solutions, as well as team leadership roles at NetHawk on various analyzer components. Early career experience includes software engineering for telecommunications projects and training at Nokia Networks Oy. Markus holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from South Carelia Polytechnic.
