Aldo Mariani

Aldo Mariani is currently serving as a Member of the Disciplinary Board for de Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs (NOB), the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers, since May 2025. Aldo has been with KPMG Meijburg & Co since January 1994, where responsibilities include Head of Global Tax Dispute Resolution and Controversy, as well as roles as Partner and Tax Lawyer. Prior experience includes working as a Tax Lawyer at KStudioAssociato from September 1996 to April 1997 and as a Foreign Legal Intern at the International Law Institute in late 1993. Education includes a Master's degree in Tax Law and Notarial Law from the University of Groningen, completed between 1988 and 1993, and a brief educational stint at Università di Siena in 1992. Aldo attended Greijdanus College from 1982 to 1988.
