Niek Fabian Cleyndert

Niek Fabian Cleyndert is an experienced tax lawyer specializing in M&A, currently serving as a Member of the Young Executive Board at KPMG Meijburg & Co since January 2021. In this capacity, Niek contributes to advising the board of directors and advocating for junior staff needs. Niek's expertise includes vendor and buy-side due diligence, deal structuring, and post-deal services, with a focus on assisting clients from Italy and Germany engaging in the Dutch market.
